What is Excitink?

Excitink creates personalized storybooks where your child becomes the hero—by adding their name and photo into the story.

Is my child’s photo and name safe with you?

Yes—absolutely. Your child’s name and photo are used only to create your personalized book and are never shared, reused, or made public in any way.

We take data privacy seriously:

  • All files are securely encrypted during upload and storage.
  • Personal data is automatically deleted from our system shortly after the book is printed.
  • We are fully compliant with GDPR and other international data protection regulations.

Our platform is designed to protect your family's privacy—because we’re parents too, and we know how important it is to keep personal moments safe.

What if I make a mistake or need to change my order?

If you realize there’s an issue right after ordering, please contact us as soon as possible at hi@excitink.com. We’ll do our best to help if the book hasn’t gone to print yet.

How does the personalization work?

Just click “Personalize Your Book,” enter your child’s name, upload a photo, and choose your preferences. We’ll take care of the rest!

How long does it take to receive my book?

Once you complete your personalization, we print and ship your book within 2–4 business days. Delivery time depends on your location, but most orders arrive within a week.
