Can you add more personalization options?
We're always working on new ways to make our books more unique! Right now, you can add your child's name and photo. More features are coming soon.
Do you take custom orders?
All our books are based on carefully designed templates. Full custom orders are not available, but we love feedback—email us at hi@excitink.com.
Are your books available in other languages?
Currently, we offer books in English. We're exploring more languages in the near future.
Are your books suitable for all families?
Yes! We aim to be inclusive of all family types and identities. If something feels missing, let us know—we’re listening.
Do you have books for children?
All our stories are designed specifically for children aged 5 to 9 years old.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does it take to receive my book?
We print your book within 2–4 business days, then ship it worldwide. Most customers receive their books within 5–8 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship globally!
Will I need to pay customs or extra fees?
Some international orders may be subject to customs or VAT charges. These are the buyer's responsibility.
Can I send books to multiple addresses?
At this time, one order = one shipping address. For multiple recipients, place separate orders.
Do you offer free or express shipping?
We offer standard shipping at competitive rates. Express shipping options may be available at checkout.

Placing an Order

How do I create my book?
Click “Personalize Your Book” on the product page. You’ll be guided through adding your child’s name, photo, and format options.
Why is my photo upload not working?
Make sure the image is in JPG or PNG format, and under 5MB. Clear, front-facing photos work best!
Can I make multiple copies of the same book?
Yes! After you finish personalization, you can increase the quantity before checkout.

My Orders

I didn’t receive a confirmation email.
Please check your spam folder. If it’s still missing, contact us at hi@excitink.com.
Can I edit or cancel my order?
If your book hasn’t gone to print yet, we may be able to help. Email us as soon as possible at hi@excitink.com.
My book arrived damaged. What should I do?
Please send a photo and your order number to hi@excitink.com and we’ll make it right.

Privacy & Safety

Is my child’s photo and name safe with you?
Yes—absolutely. We use your information only to create your personalized book. All files are encrypted, securely stored, and deleted after printing. We comply with GDPR and respect your privacy 100%.
